Colorants for Resin

OPLAS® colors were developed for coloring plastics, and because of their high-performance quality, such as strong resistance to light and heat, they are quite well received throughout the world. Products from this series are highly compatible with resin, and provide beautiful color and transparency that are unattainable with pigments.
Apart from OPLAS® colors, we also offer additional products more suitable for the coloring of engineering resins, such as our NUBIAN® colors, and OIL colors, which have a wide range of usages because of their superior coloring property.

NUBIAN® BLACK NIGROSINE base series

Nigrosine, an azine compound consisting of aniline and nitrobenzene, is a black organic dye used in various applications. Orient Nigrosine is manufactured using state-of-the-art technology to insure human and environmental safety. Orient Nigrosine is not only manufactured as a black colorant but has been developed into a functional high-performance product by adding additional chemicals and electrical elements.
